ABB Installation Products Hi-Tech® Fuse Application Coordination Tool Terms of Use
The ABB Installation Products Hi-Tech® fuse application coordination tool ("the program") is designed for use by electrical utility specification engineers, transformer designers and manufacturers, and electrical power consultants. Based on user inputs, a time current curve will display the typical expulsion fuse per manufacturer recommendations and a coordinating Hi-Tech® current-limiting backup fuse. Users can then select non-standard expulsion fuses and plot custom time-current curves, along with the correctly sized current-limiting fuse per the user defined expulsion fuse.
The results generated by the program must be reviewed and approved by an expert on selective coordination and system protection before selection of protection devices. THIS PROGRAM IS MADE AVAILABLE AS IS AND WITH NO WARRANTY. ABB Installation Products DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTIBILITY. THE USER AND USER'S COMPANY AGREE THAT ABB Installation Products WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR USER'S COMPANY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, OR DAMAGES EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ABB Installation Products.
ABB Installation Products, grants a limited license to the user and user's company to use this Program in accordance with these Terms of Use.
By agreeing below, the user represents and warrants that user is authorized to execute this type of agreement on behalf of user's company and any other party making use of the results generated with the Program by the user.
